Refund and return Policy
I Want To Change Or Cancel My Order
If you change your mind shortly after placing your order and want to request for your order to be cancelled/changed, you can do so by emailing info@lichtlights.ca.
- Please include your full name, order number, and email address within your request.
- Our Customer Service Specialists will check if it is possible to cancel/change your order before it is dispatched, and if so, they will confirm your cancellation via email.
- Cancellation and order changes due to customer remorse or incorrect purchase decisions must be received within 24 hours after placing the order; otherwise, we may not be able to change or cancel order processing.
- As we work around the clock to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we may not always be able to cancel/change your order once it has been placed. If this is not possible, you will need to return it back to our warehouse once delivered for a refund.
Are Returns Free?
Unfortunately, not. We are not currently offering free returns, and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.
How Do I Return an Item?
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To return or exchange your item(s), send them back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Customization fees are non-refundable.
- Your return request needs to be filed within 7 days from the date your item is delivered.
- We offer refunds to your original payment method when the item(s) has been returned to us.
- To process a return, email info@lichtlights.ca. Note that Licht Lights does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
- Keep proof of postage and use a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit.
Note: During sale periods, it can take up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received.
How Long Will My Return Take to Process?
- Once your return or exchange has arrived back to us, we will refund or dispatch your exchanged order within 5-6 days.
- During SALE periods, this process can take up to 10 working days.
- If your return surpasses 7 working days after arriving, email info@lichtlights.ca
I've Received A Wrong Item
In the unlikely event you receive a wrong item, contact our support team at info@lichtlights.ca for assistance.
Refund Due to Items Not Received
- If you have not received your package within 60 business days, you can apply for a refund.
- We do not replace or refund items shipped to a faulty address provided by the customer.
Faulty Address
We do not bear any costs if the package doesn't get picked up by the customer or in case of a faulty address provided by the customer.
